Introduction

These Terms and Conditions regulate the rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer when purchasing products through the online store www.saiseiserbia-shop.com.

By purchasing products, the Buyer confirms that they are familiar with these Terms and Conditions and that they fully accept them.

Registration

User registration is not required in order to complete a purchase.

Product Ordering

The purchase of products is carried out by selecting products and adding them to the cart.

The purchase is completed by entering the required information and confirming the order by clicking the appropriate order button.

After receiving the order, the Buyer will receive a confirmation via the email address provided during the ordering process.

The Seller reserves the right to contact the Buyer in order to confirm or verify the information necessary for the fulfillment of the order.

Product Prices

All prices on the website are expressed in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include VAT.

All card transactions are carried out in Serbian dinars (RSD). If the payment card is issued in another currency, conversion is carried out according to the rules of the card organizations and/or the card-issuing bank, and there may be a difference in the final charged amount compared to the displayed price.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, except for already confirmed orders.

The delivery price is not included in the product price unless otherwise stated.

Payment Methods

The Buyer may pay for products using one of the following methods, depending on the currently available options on the website:
payment cards (VISA, MasterCard, DinaCard, and other supported cards),
cash on delivery upon receipt of the shipment,
payment to the Seller’s current account.

For buyers from abroad who pay by bank transfer, an invoice with payment details will be sent to the email address provided by the Buyer during the ordering process.

The Seller reserves the right to change the available payment methods without prior notice.

Product Delivery

Delivery of products within the territory of the Republic of Serbia is carried out through a courier service with which the Seller has concluded a cooperation agreement.

The delivery period for the territory of the Republic of Serbia is approximately 2 to 5 business days from the moment the order is confirmed, except in cases of force majeure, public holidays, increased shipment volume, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

Delivery costs within the territory of the Republic of Serbia amount to 500.00 RSD, unless otherwise stated on the website or within special promotional campaigns.

The Seller also provides international delivery of products through the DHL courier service.

Estimated international delivery times are 3 to 10 business days, depending on the delivery country, customs procedures, and transport conditions.

International delivery costs depend on the delivery country, shipment weight, and the current price list of the DHL courier service.

For international delivery, the final amount of delivery costs will be displayed to the Buyer before order confirmation or will be sent via email communication for subsequent confirmation of the order by the Buyer.

The Buyer is responsible for any customs costs, taxes, import duties, and other costs that may arise in accordance with the regulations of the country receiving the shipment.

Withdrawal from the Contract

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without stating a reason within 14 days from the day on which the goods came into the possession of the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer is obliged to send the Seller an unambiguous statement of withdrawal from the contract via the email address info@saiseiserbia.com.

The Buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods unused, undamaged, and, if possible, in the original packaging.

The Seller will refund the payment without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal statement, or after receiving the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent to the Seller.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery, as well as to other products for which this is provided by applicable regulations.

Refunds

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, a justified complaint, or another basis for a refund, the Seller shall refund the money in a manner corresponding to the original payment method, unless the Buyer and the Seller agree otherwise.

If payment was made by payment card, the refund shall be processed through the bank and card system to the cardholder’s account.
If payment was made by cash on delivery, the refund shall be made by payment to the current account provided by the Buyer to the Seller.
If payment was made by bank transfer, the refund shall be made to the account from which the payment was made or to another account provided by the Buyer.

The Seller is not responsible for any delays caused by banking procedures or actions of payment service providers.

Complaints and Returns

The procedure for submitting complaints, the conditions for returning goods, and the Buyer’s rights based on product conformity are regulated by a separate Rulebook on Complaints and Return of Goods, which is available on the Seller’s website.

Limitation of Liability

All content on the website www.saiseiserbia-shop.com is for informational purposes only.

Saisei Holding d.o.o. shall not be liable for any damage arising from the use of the website content or the inability to use the website.

The user uses the content of the website at their own responsibility.

Protection of Rights

The content of the website www.saiseiserbia-shop.com is protected by copyright and is the property of Saisei Holding d.o.o.

Copying, distribution, or use of the website content without the prior written consent of the Seller is not permitted.
